Welcome to Brentwood Park Elementary School! We are proud to be a school that values and promotes our school motto of caring for ourselves, caring for others and caring for our community. We work hard for everyone – our students, staff and parents – to all feel valued and connected to the Brentwood Park community!
At Brentwood Park, we have a growing and diverse population. Our staff is committed to working together to help each child learn and grow socially, emotionally and academically both in and out of the classroom. You can view our ‘Action Plan for Learning’ tab to learn more about our school goals. Students also have numerous opportunities to develop leadership skills within their classes as well as through more formal activities such as buddies, morning announcements, leadership club, as well as becoming classroom monitors and peer mediators.
Parents are partners in education, and we value the time, effort, feedback and support of our parent community. We have a dedicated and committed PAC at Brentwood Park and they sponsor various activities and events throughout the year. We encourage you to become an active member of your child’s education by attending PAC meetings on the last Tuesday evening of the month (virtually for now) and/or helping to volunteer at PAC sponsored events. Once the health and safety protocols implemented throughout the pandemic relax and the school opens up to parent volunteers once again, we will also welcome parents to assist with fieldtrips and provide support within the school building.
Our hope is that this website will help to inform you as well as highlight the many wonderful things happening at Brentwood Park Elementary School. We also have a school twitter account @brentwoodSD41 and post fun activities and learning happening at school regularly.
